cause they got a rooftop pool and spa with a nice view of the strip from there.  Doubt it's open this time of year.

Never been to the Stratosphere rooftop pool but the strip might look nice from there.

Inside a suite, the view can be hit or miss, and it's difficult to guarantee a particular view unless you have a lot of juice.

Planet Hollywood (The Aladdin)has incredible strip views from the inroom jacuzzi's in the better suites.  I had a great view of the dancing waters of Bellagio.

The Trop has a great view of the strip from the back tower from the 20th and 21st floor. Huge jacuzzi with mirrors in the suite. Best of all the suite is under 400 a night. Like I said it's an older property but is a great bang for the buck.

Imperial Palace had Luv Tub rooms at one point.
Luxor has corner spa rooms in the pyramid with jacuzzis.
The Platinum is just offstrip at Koval and has jacuzzis in ALL rooms.

my experience with the older properties is that while the regular rooms maybe trashed, the suites tend to be clean and nice, and a very good value for the money.

I've stayed @ Luxor in their spa suites recently - pretty nice rooms but the view can be hit or miss. You have to be pretty high up to see anything of the strip because Excalibur is in the way - also have to be in the NE corner. However if you can get a room on either the NW or SW corners the view of the mountains at both sunrise and sunset is spectacular. The spas are under the angled pyramid windows - just the right size for 2. Luxor is not the nicest on the strip, but not ridiculously priced usually.

I was in a jacuzzi with Nikki Avalon a few months back at the MGM Grand.  What a night to remember that was!  In the suites, they have large decks that will hold 50-60 people.  That night it only had to hold 2.  What made it great was at any time the people staying above me could have peered over the railing and seen what Nikki and I were doing!  In some states, I could have been arrested!
