first timer, called an add on backpage that was a cute mature 30ish woman, very cute voice made an appointment specifically asking for a massage (I wanted a real massage from a gorgeous woman, not sex ) she said she is not licensed but could do a body rub, fine I say.  Didn't show up on time, called with an excuse, I waited some more, went to meet her at the parking garage of my hotel... not looking quite like the picture but I'm not totally for sure if it is another girl.   Get up to the room, she asks for the money, I give it to her and she says "Ok, it's atleast another 100 to do anything else"  I say, "no that is ok", I just want the body rub, she keeps this up while telling me she can dance for me only but to go ahead and get naked, she keeps on non stop about more money to do more and I tell her "This is not what I was looking for, I'll just pay you some money for your wasted time."   She goes on how she can't do that the $200 is for the agency and just to get her to my room.  She gets complete re-dressed dressed, I tell her I'm going to call the cops and she says "You are going to call the cops with a prostitute in your room?"  I reply, 'I didn't order a prostitute I ordered a body rub, nothing sexual what so ever."  She jets out the door with my money.  

Fucking crazy,  I start to call the cops but think to myself well fuck they will just think I got ripped off while trying to by a hooker.

you looked in the wrong place for a massage. It clearly was the escort listing, not the massage  (1 tab lower) - or even better the "therapudic" tab in the section below.
How to handle it - well, you got screwed. Only place would be to complain to the agency, and tell them that you plan to give their number to the police (anonymously). Also can post a few negative rants on BP, or report the ad as being a scam.
