I know it is not all casinos but this is a starting point.
I am glad to hear that this would be happening in phase 2 instead of 3 going into 4.
I wonder when people are going to be coming back or comfortable enough to come back to the casinos locals and visitors.

Let's hope for a speedy return to normal. Although it will take some time to return to business as usual. We all just have to hang in there and hope for the best. We're all in this together. We are Vegas strong!

If the number of COVID-19 cases continue to decline over Memorial Day weekend, Gov. Steve Sisolak says he will allow casinos to return to business

The governor plans to hold a news conference on Tuesday after he talks to health officials and the Nevada Gaming Control Board, who will determine whether casinos can reopen

Contingent on several stipulations plus giving less than 10 days from the press conference could delay that date

I hope all goes well because I know Vegas has been hit especially hard economically. So few people feel comfortable flying that it may take a while for things to return to anything close to normal. I sure hope they proceed with extreme caution. Vegas is such a melting pot that things could go sour in a hurry in they’re not careful.

I received a nice email this morning from my favorite hotel/Red Card membership. The email mentioned special low rates, use if the pools, restaurants, resort credit and other perks.

So the Boyz will be back in town.....Got a killer rate. It'll be interesting, social distancing at the card games. Pools will be open and I'm not wearing a mask while I'm out sunning.
Need the getaway...

Are clubs open?  Strip clubs?  Can I play poker?  Tournaments?  Full or partial opening?  Any weird rules or changes?

I'll try and answer as best as I can:

Clubs/Nightclubs - in casinos, most or all are NOT open yet; probably wont open until later phases of reopening Nevada
Strip Clubs - same as clubs/nightclubs
Poker - many are open but mainly limited to 4 players at a table; also as of June 20 via Gaming Control, face coverings are requited by guests playing at poker rooms in casinos in Nevada
tournaments - depends on each casino
full/partial opening - Nevada is in phase 2 as of end of May, most places are open w/the above exceptions which include adult entertainment/brothels which are closed still
Changes - many changes, temperature checks are conducted at entry points of all casinos and other places of businesses (if you flunk it 2x, youre denied access);  restaurants are open but at limited occupancy (encouaged to do take out); face coverings are worn by all casino employees but not yet required for guests except in table games/poker room area; social distancing is occuring; elevators are limited access to fewer people; valet service may or may not be happening (depends on the property); same w/pools regarding social distancing

Hope that helps
