A few weeks ago I was entertaining clients from the concrete show at 3 different strip clubs. On the 3rd night I saw a provider whom I wanted to see for a few years but heard she was retired. Vegas is nortoriously inconsistent for many providers here.
I too have thought about stripping a few day a month, to make sure the $ is steady.
So far have I've resisted!  Too busy and damn, I cannot bear the thought of wearing those 9" Nail Stilletos for hours each night; my back hurts just thinking about it!

But my guess would be, yes, she would be open, esp. if you tell her you know of her through TER or her escort ads.  The ladies in the clubs oftern (not all! DEF not making a generalization) will see people privatly, for dances or more...but they must:

a.  know for sure you are not LE
b. feel comfortable and respected

A. Wine and dine her!  Get to know her!  treat her like the lady she is!!
B. Take her shopping!  Most Vegas Girls Will Date for Cash and Prizes
C. Stay in touch when you are not in town.  We Vegas girls get very irked and feel marginalized and used when the guy...whatever the relationship...only contacts us when they are back in Vegas.  Shoot an email/text/call every so often when you are back home...just say
"Hey!!  Thinking of you!"  

I swear, this is how we end up escorting.  Guys come to town, want us to spend our precious time hanging/partying with them, which cuts into our money making time, then disappear, not to be heard from again until they resurface in Vegas and want us to hang out again!
