I was told back in the day agencies would send a lady with a limo to pick you up from the airport. Do providers still offer this kind of thing? Curbside service and a personal hour long tour of the strip?  Sounds fun and seems reasonable if client is paying for the limo + donation...

The client actually arranged the limo pick up and the limo picked me up from the hotel he was going to be staying at. He requested a long jacket over sexy lingerei... I stopped off with the Limo drive and picked up a bottle of champagne and then we waited at the airport for my client to arrive...

I have done this a couple of times, but as Kiwi said my client booked the limo and the limo picked me up at Wynn. I already had the Champagne and went straight to the airport to pick him up.  OH SO MUCH FUN!!

I've never tried the limo ride in Vegas. I want to do the limo ride the next time I come to Vegas. Also, perhaps have the limo drop us off at my hotel and have the provider with me while I check in for additional playtime.
