Any local providers willing to take an OTK light to medium hand spanking? Limits more than respected.

I don't want to steal itlvmch4u's request, but I too like a  spanking fantasy once in a while.  The problem seems to be that TER's profiles are not up-to-date. Provider's have a firm no under SM so we go elsewhere or just forget about the fantasy.
