Getting ready to visit Vegas the week before Thanksgiving in November ? I've had the pleasure of seeing a couple of great ladies there before.  
How soon do you think I should try to set something up ?

I've always been told, the earlier the better ...especially if the provider is very popular.  I usually make contact as soon as my travel plans are confirmed and my airline tickets are booked.  In fact, I'm planning a trip to Vegas in early-mid October, so when I pull the trigger and book my airline tickets, I'll also be contacting a couple of my favorites.

If you already have your plans set I would advise to reach out to ladies now.
Since it will be the holiday you want to make sure the lady or ladies you are interested in will be in town during your visit.
I am sure there are quite a few ladies who welcome advance booking I have gents who book months in advance

That way you get the date/time you want and the screeing process is done. You can just relax and wait for your date!!

You should contact any ladies you are interested in sooner than later.  Can't hurt to pre-plan.

I love as much advance notice as possible.  I do same day dates, but they are much harder to work with.  I am booking until the end of the year!  Let me know if you would like to get together!

Early pre-booking is a great advantage for the ladies, but I've had mixed results as a client.

In my experience, the trend is that the farther out I schedule the less likely the date will occur as planned. In one case, given a six week lead, I confirmed two weeks out to a pleasant "Yes!", and then sent another a week out with no response. 48 hours before our date she finally responded to one of my daily requests for some reply to confirm with "Oh, I'm touring and out of the state right now, love". (Ah - I know what you're thinking, but her site calendar proved it).
In another case I'd set up my birthday party with three lovelies two months in advance, and spent half my birthday cold calling replacements for two of the three (I got a chance to meet them over subsequent months and they were well intentioned gals, all. And thanks, Heather Jana! You were the sweetheart that didn't let me down.)

All but one of my historical last minute emergency find-an-alternate expeditions have been in response to dates that I'd set up more than a month in advance.  

Another dilemma is that you want to check periodically, but will need to balance that against looking like an annoyance or worse. Do you leave them alone and hope she really minds her calendar, or check in on occasion and maybe accidentally grow yourself a fire breathing, irritated bitch that's had just enough of you only two days before cuddle time?

Wait! There's more! - What if her reviews suddenly go into the shitter while you've already committed for that "perfect" date you scheduled? Alternatively, what if, while the calendar's counting down the days, another honey shows up on the TER board who's the spittin' image of your lifelong adolescent fantasy and at 'just getting started, introductory' pricing?

My advice, based only on my limited experience of course, is to set up the dates no more than two or three weeks out. If you like someone a lot well in advance, tell them you might want to get in touch in a few weeks and ask if you can pre-screen. A long lead time is a sweet thing to do for the gals, if you can, but it's not an advantage for the hobbyist.

I normally contact ladies about a week or maybe two out...longer, I get ansty and shit always happens. You "plan" and then a day or two out, they can't make it or "something" came up.
So know I take my chances, roll the dice and see what happens a week or less out. This long term planning is overated. But you do what you have to do.

I forget the exact duration but I think I scheduled about 2 or 3 months out in advance with several reputable vegas providers I wanted to see.  Overwhelming vast majority kept their appointments and I gotta admit I had a friggin blast.  lol  

One girl did flake but stuff happens, no big deal. A 89% success rate for this general area when it comes to keeping appointments THAT far out in advance is pretty damn good in my book.  

Granted, it probably depends on how responsible the girls are too but I only see those who have a reputation of being solid. I don't have time to deal with weirdos or flakes.  

As for the reviews going in the shitter over a month, how likely is that when the girl has over 20 reviews already?  If it's over a month out and her reviews go to the shitter, well at least the girl isn't going to threaten you with charging a cancellation fee cuz you have plenty of time to cancel if you change your mind.  

I'd only book that far out if the girl is solid though, you can get pretty reliable feedback by back channeling with some trust worthy mongers who have a similar taste in women as you.  

I've had more problems trying to schedule same day than in advance, cuz my day to day schedule can get unpredictable at times where as if I plan it out in advance I can work around my future schedules.  

As for my other appointments scheduled in advance, I have an appointment out in the west which was scheduled a month in advance. Another in September, October, possibly November.  

Hey it works really really well for some people

I book my dates as soon as I have my air flights booked. Then I know for sure what dates I will be there. I could care less if it is 1 month or 5 months. I have a loooong list of providers and always meet an established provider, so there is less chance of NCNS to have to worry about it. That way I don't have to deal with the provider not having an open date for me.

It also gives me time to communicate and get to know a little about each other, so when we meet it is not as awkward. I will be there in January 2015 and will probably be requesting dates starting in September.

Not to say I agree, but I agree.  I have found 2-3 days out is about the best as the more I scheduled, the less change it would happen.
