I will be in Vegas this weekend thru Tuesday for a business conference and was wondering if there are any providers or agencies out there that will accept paypal or bit coins ?

If you have money in your Paypal, why not withdraw from there? If you are using the credit side of your PayPal, you can get a cash advance (for a fee) from any cage at any casino.

Bit coins are a pain in the ass. The IRS considers them to be "property" meaning that any exchange of bit coins for some other good or service requires an accounting of the value of the bit coin when acquired and the value of the good or service received when you engage it. You then need to report the profit or loss on the bit coin transaction.
Of course, per the IRS, their audits will be way down this year.

Whenever the IRS decides to make an example of somebody for digital currency, it'll be a person or business that uses it for a large amount of payment processing.
The real problem is, Does your provider of choice savvy digital currency? There are a few who do, but most don't; and my experience has shown that it's not a good idea to try to "educate" providers about such things.
Obviously, the frequency you use bit coin affects the complexity and materiality of the transactions. I will point out that you must document the value of the property (bit coin) both when you acquire it and when you trade it for something of value.
So if you are going to use it frequently, it is a big pain in the ass. If you are not going to use it frequently, as Pretty Woman said: "Cash works for me."
