Been doing some research here and other places and Im having trouble finding reputable providers around my age of 21. A few years older or younger would be ideal. Any pointers??

If you are a VIP here, you would have no trouble. Spend it for a month, and you will see exactly what you want, and at what age. There are plenty of Vegas providers with great reviews under 25 years old. And if you go under 30, oh my oh my. And under 35, wow, but to old it seems for you.  Spend the money and get a one month membership, and read the actual reviews
