I have seen this provider on P411 and on Twitter, plus a couple of other local ads in 'Vegas.  
She doesn't have any reviews, on TER or other outlets.  If anyone knows that she is legit, please share.

to google any of that information in her ad, you'd know she's probably legit, ie, not a cop. As to the quality of her service, who knows, with no reviews there's no real way to tell.  

 
But hey, take it from me, a stranger on the internet, she's legit. No need to do your own research, just trust me, she's legit, I'm sure everything will work out fine even though I have nothing to lose by giving you that advice.
