END OF MESSAGE

Hey all, I am considering coming out to live for about 3-4 months this summer and was hoping for suggestions on options for living.

- extended stay hotels (pet friendly preferred)
- short term housing or apartments
- on or off strip
- what about renting in Henderson?
- NO room-share or house share

If anyone has suggestions please feel free to PM or email.

Any suggestions are appreciated or experience with short term rentals or knowledge of extended stay type hotels.

THANKS

Yea, I know...it was only a couple days!  I'm intolerable after a week!!

But hey, get a place with a pool!  I smell a party!!  LOL

I did this too & truly enjoyed it!  I can recommend the Panorama they are off the strip right behind the Bellagio with fantastic views & everything you need to feel, like a winner!  If you can rent for the summer that would be ideal.  I would love to come spank you late at night on the balcony!  lol Smile 4 me lovely lady! xo

If you look on tripadvisor, they have some VERY cool ideas for short term lodging.
Hotels like Residence INN's are nice (gotta love the daily room service), but on tripadvisor, they have short term rentals for houses, even some condos (I see many from the Signature at MGM).

As for apartments, some right off strip could be a little seedy - but going just a little further south (South of Towne Square) will open up some nice Apartment buildings.

Not as familiar with Downtown Vegas; but I know the area is getting very nice, again.

Good luck - and I am sure you will have a ton of fun.

On top of what I sent you - There is also the meridian. No need to worry about posting that place.. It's full of things and they are well aware.. I mean, just check out the pool in the summer.

City data is very resourceful too.

Not sure - It would depend on location, quality and if it's furnished or not.

Vacation Rentals By Owner.  You can find a pet friendly home with a pool and nice yard for less than 6000$ a month here in Vegas.

When I was a nomad back in the day and searching for my forever home, I turned to Oakwood for temporary housing.  They're usually just apartments or townhouse style apartments but I never had a bad experience with them.

You can find locations on The Strip if you like the hustle and bustle.  I'm biased toward master-planned Summerlin.  Henderson is okay.  :)

Cheers and best of luck!
