I know that some providers allow payment through paypal but I was wondering if any will accept payment via Mastercard or Visa?

If yes, how did it appear on your statement?

I know for sure that Logan and Roxy accept credit cards.  I've never used them, but on their sites they state you can.

Watch out ..... with technology the way it is today ... even though a bogus name appears on your statement .. if a phone number is included .... YOUR HISTORY ..Get your own creedit card in your name only and have your work phone, work address used for the statement and when they ask for a mother's maiden name make one up... because it will appear on your credit report .. hobby safe, hobby well, hobby all you can be.........

My clients use PayPal quite frequently..The only thing that shows up is the business name, if any, the provider uses.  When you click on their PayPal button, it will state what name they have.  That is what will show up.  And it is the only thing.  They may or may not have an administrative contact number as well.  I LOVE PayPal.  It's quick, and it is instant.  Also, don't let anyone tell you they can't provide a refund if need be.  That can be done is well on our part.
