I have seen posts where the pic was removed for inappropriate content by the picture site.  I think that's what OP is referring to.

I must say you've added some interesting new twists to the board lately.  Very nice.  But I have a question, what determines whether a picture get's censored or not?  There have been pictures of full nudity and sex acts that have made it without a hitch but then suddenly something gets banned.  Is that because of the actual subject of the picture or perhaps the way it was sent? Can't quite make out a pattern.  Just curious.

If you're talking about picture threads, the lady needs to be local or have a posted ad for a visit.  They can't include a link to their site and can't be delisted/banned.  Other than that, pretty much anything goes.  I thought about requiring that they be attractive, but I get in enough trouble as it is, lol.

That's exactly what I'm referring too, a recent one was for Marlyana (sp?) she posted 5 pictures last week and one or two of them were removed.  I found that curious.

So now all those pix are there except some are duplicated.  But I'm sure when they originally came out two of them were deleted for content.

They go back on the pile to be approved again.
