It used to be another hotel someone bought and remodeled it to be a boutique hotel.
The rooms are clean can be a little confusing to find the rooms depending on where they put you.
It is just ok in my opinion nothing to write home about.
That all depends on what hotel or hotels you are considering on the strip.

I must say for the rate the rooms are surprisingly modern and fun.

Its across from HRH (Hard Rock) - and I mean only 4 lanes of j-waling. LOL
Fun jaunt - I recommend but not for extended stay or seeing a high volume of dates.

The rooms have been redone.. They have a modern/elegant look. Some even have big bathtubs!!
The courtyard layout is perfect for discretion... Your lady of choice can park and meet you right by your building to go up to your room. Wherever you choose to stay, hope you enjoy your time in Vegas!!

Remodeled retro look, pretty good on pricing, its  a non gaming hotel and not congested as the strip hotels, with a bar and a pool as an amenity. You will need to take a taxi to the strip if your not big on walking and it's across the street from the Hard Rock Hotel. Have fun now

simply for the convenience and the price. Most of the rooms I've been in, have a large mirror near the tub which is nicely placed across from the bed.

Just a heads up.. You will hear airplanes all day and in to the night and in to the whee morning.

It has very nice rooms and is very clean.
