Whatever happened to "what happens in Vegas..." and all that?

So strip clubs are ok, Green Door is ok, but Power Exchange and now Red Rooster are not ok?  What are the rules here?

Well just a guess but the 81 year old owner died earlier this year. Maybe his wife didn't have the energy to run it by herself. She is around his same age and deserves to retire sometime.  
Maybe it is for sale if you are interested. But I can't imagine it is much of a money maker. I think they ran it for the love of swinging
