Bouchon and the Paris Buffet have been my favorite breakfast spots for a while.  Where else do you get a great breakfast in town?

Is GREAT.  Then there is of course Egg Works, and I love the Jean Phillpe (sp) inside of the Bellagio.  They make amazing crepes.

But Tash knows food! She'll even cook for you on a date, if you're so inclined.

Had dinner with her one night, and actually lunch that day also. Made DAMN sure I kept my hands away from her plate! LOL!!! ;)

...if you go before 9 AM there's no line, it's only $6 or so and it's delicious, fresh & all you can eat...make sure you have one of Art's omelettes!

Also, don't forget any of the Blueberry Hill's, especially the one at Flamingo and Pecos, the east side of town.

I like the above, but the REd Rock buffet is just superb.  Do try Art or Elena's perfect omelettes, with any combo of ingredients. Its only $4.85 if you do the quick survey, and a real huge array of breakfast foods.

Nothing like a taco for breakfast with a lollipop dessert!

On the weekends it gets so crowded at breakfast time you can't get near the place.  But I agree, it's a great place.

Does anyone besides me remember when the building was a Chevy's Mexican restaurant?

I know you're watching your figure, as we all are(!), but lady, I can cook up some shit! Breakfast and dinner especially.

We can do without lunch. My way of thinking is, we have a fantastic morning romp, have a huge breakfast, work that off for a few+ hours, then have an equally great dinner, with drinks of course, and work that off as well.

You game?! ;)

One thing about Hash House and probably what brings the crowds is the portions.

OMFG, if you do not know how to control yourself, you could eat yourself to death on one breakfast. I have learned to know that much of my meal will wind up in the garbage barrel out back and head to the pig farm in North Vegas.

And I never go on weekends, never ever. To Hash House I meant, not the pig trough. lmao

It is really not called the greasy spoon, but if you’re and old farm boy like me, you search these places out, when traveling. I have been going there for 25+ years.

Ham that is drooping off the platter, hamburgers thick and juicy, eggs any way, plus oh yeah the pork chops and eggs, baked chicken, liver and onions... yikes meat loaf jizz like mamma use to make.

What can I say? I have no class, but then I am not a tourist here. Don't look for class at The Liberty Cafe at LV Blvd. N and Oakey Blvd. It’s just damn good home cooking and who knows it would not be unusual to have a hooker come in and join you at the next stool.  lmao

Ya'll can keep your expensive strip restaurants.

Thanks for the 411 Smarty...now I just need to find a willing somewhat anorexic provider to join me for breakfast. I figure either food or women will lead me to heart failure...guess which one I prefer.

Kit and I eat dinner there last December, she left with I think 3 maybe 4 boxes of food!  It was good, but there was no way we could eat it.  Heck we could have ordered one meal, shared and still had left overs.

Had oysters in LV a few months ago, but didn't get to test the 'old adage' seeing as how I was with a large group of people. ;)

Next time there'll be just the three of us...

You, me, and our buddy Jack...

See you not soon enough!
