So many great restaurants downtown:  Pizza Rock, Triple George Grill, Vegenation, Triple 7 brew Pub, Red Wood Bar & Grill, Cheffini's, California Noodle House, Micki Finnz, Hennessey, Itsy Bitsy Ramen, and lots of other places that I'm going to next year.

I have been to Vic & Anthony's as well great steaks.
I highly recommend Hugo's Cellar at the Four Queens it is a throwback to the old school las vegas steakhouse they give all the ladies a rose:)
Carson Kitchen around the corner from the El Cortez a tapas place.

Triple George grill you can steak, seafood, etc very good as well!(this and pizza rocks is right next door to each other)right across the street from Downtown Grand.

Very nice Italian restaurant... especially if you are into carbo loading.  LOL.  And the Bolognese is the bomb!

You may have walked right by it on the way to Vic & Anthony's... has a great view of the pool and the shark tank.
