Mondays always set the tone of the week...
Start with a positive though, a smile or a hello to the stranger passing in the street, help 10 people and tell those 10 people to help 10 people too...it wont change the world but its a start.

I help a lady with a stroller, gave 1$ to this homeless woman, kept the door of the elevator open so this group of 10 chinese guy could get in, i gave 5$ to the cleaning lady cause she made my room so nice, gave a kiss on the cheek of a military guy and thanks him to put his life on the line...
I have 5 to go!

Do the same, make a difference!

Word of wisdom:
never forget to see the glass half full instead to see it hald empty...
We have one life, enjoy it!

Paying it forward - it feels good to put a smile on a strangers face
the other evening, out running errands, I had a homeless man ask me to buy him dinner, ( he wasn't asking for money or booze, he was hungry !) I told him I would be happy to buy him a warm meal.
We went to a nearby fast food  place, bought him a full meal, then hugged him, wished him well, and told him he would be in my prayers.
On Valentines day, bought a bunch of small heart shape candy boxes, handed out to random people who had made me smile, including the bus driver  sharing loving kindness when it is least expected feels good.
and Seeing the smile on their faces made My day!
