Are all guests screened for temperature as they enter property from main, tram and promenade entrance?

Once one had a room key, subject to same scrutiny?

When I was there, there I had my temperature check while I was checking. No mask required, it's optional.
If you clear at check in then you'll never have to have it done again.
Even through out the promenade, north valet, tram you're not check. Only while you check in.
