It seems some gentlemen forgo reading provider's websites and call and email with strange requests anyway.  It seems some hobbyists are not hooked on phonics...

I've had slicktalkers trying to negotiate, all the while  telling me they are nice guys and want to become a regular client, can refer clients to me, and know ths is my business...but they only want to donate 'x' amount

Well, if you want to be a "nice guy" read my website and see that I have great summer specials going on right now....and I DON'T LIKE HAGGLERS!  And, a good way to becomea regular is to prove that you are a gentlemen...NOT by trying to convince me I should hang out with you all night for 1000!  Sheesh!  I may be new to the internet, but I've been operating UTR just fine for years without lowering my donation or my standards....

I've had gentlemen calling and asking me to do a threesome with them and their buddies...ummmmm...NO!   Or, just come see them at 3:30am, though they don't have any references and aren't members of any verification site...ummmm, not so much!

I've had 25 yr olds contacting me to go out for drinks and hang out to see if we click...seriously?!  

I wish common sense were a bit more common.  Also, I wish some hobbyists would learn to get past the pics and actually read what I took so much time and energy to convey...

To the wonderful gentlemen that take the time to do research and read and understand who I am and what I am about...To the wonderful men who take the time to plan a meeting with me and are excited to spend time with me.....To the wonderful gentlemen who appreciate providers and what we do....THANK YOU; you bring me great joy!

Very good point Samantha. I am new as a provider,but I have a long dancer background. As I am trying to decipher the differences between the 2(a huge difference) I am finding, that in this business you tend to get a lot of "time-wasters". I assumed that b/c I come from the clubs and they constantly ask for dates there, that I would have left that far behind me. Little did I know that these "time-wasters" and "hagglers" are everywhere! Lol, I guess some people tend to love the art of negotiation. So far, I have been text messaged by a pimp(I took my number down after reading 100 proof's post),been through a couple of no show clients, and been ran around in circles with "time-wasters" sending endless emails. So I read like crazy all of the lovely provider bpards, tips, and advice, looking for some clarity in all of this. I am happy to know now that it's not me, and that some people have a lot of free time on there hands to try and waste my time!

your post is not really some sort of revelation in the provider world. Many providers before you, one's that are active now and many to come after you, will experience the same issues.

It is part and parcel for your chosen career. I would not let it get to me so much that it causes a rant like this. Speaking of too much time on one's hands. Granted there are tire-kickers out there, and wheeler dealers, discount-wanters, pimp-a-kings that want to manage your affairs. Deal with it and focus on the last paragraph you wrote.

After all, isn't that where the real rewards are?

I reference to your closing paragraph, not sure which gentlemen you are referring to. But in case I happen to be one of them, you are most certainly welcome, Sam.

So many times I have responded to ridiculous questions that are easily answered on my website.  

I am actually at a place now that I REWARD gents who read and follow directions efficiently.
