Entrapment- what it is not. If LE sets up a sting and calls a lady to make an appointment then arrests her & charges her. This is not entrapment.

Entrapment is when LE sets someone up to commit a crime they had no intentions of committing (LE talked them into it). Such as the Delorean case that was entrapment.

But when an escort shows up to an LE party this is not entrapment because she went there to commit a crime.

It is not that there are no entrapment laws they are just misunderstood. But LE never has to tell you he is LE but that really has nothing to do with entrapment.

LE is suppose to show up to court to give their testimony. But usually they don't show up  because by the time court dates come around they are transferred to another county/city/state.
