There's a new cigar club in Caesars right off the lobby called Montecristo, if you like the hand rolled stogies. Pretty good place to watch sports too if the reviews are to be believed.  A good scotch, a good cigar and one of Vegas' finest escorts on your arm sounds like a recipe for a fun time. I haven't been there yet but plan to on my next trip.

Recommendation: bring lots of cash.

Most of my trips to Vegas are solo.  Vegas is one of best towns for solo visitors when it comes to entertainment, dining, etc.

As for hobbying, I like arranging multi-hour dinner or dinner/show dates when I visit.  It's always nice having a companion for dinner and a show or concert.  I'm not into the club scene, but if I were, I would bring along a provider for sure to make the evening more fun.
