my friend and i want to go to one of the topless pools...are they open to the public or just hotel guest? Which is the best one?

Best one, hands down is Moorea at Mandalay Bay.  $10 for women $50 for guys.  It's a pretty even mix between guys and women.

Thursday, Friday and Saturday.  Cover charge for gents.  If you want a cabana or day bed, you pay a rental fee and/or a food and beverage minimum.  All negotiable.  If you want a contact name and number there, PM me.

I think they are hotel guests only.
The only one I have visited is Caesar's and it is pretty nice.  I will let you know next time I am in town and I will grab a Cabana by the pool...always wanted to host a topless pool party.

That might help.  Some, of the 'adult' pools are open to the public. And those that aren't, would be fools, not to let you in.

I went to the Mirage in April and thought the Toplesws Pool was an old age home
$100 to get in for men and $40 for women
It is operated by a private vendor so I don't thnk you have to be a hotel guest.

Well, there's the one in my yard, but so far it's just been my fat ass and one redhead, but I'm hopng business picks up soon.

The european pools have cover but it's less for local ladies ($20 or less, free in some cases) with NV ID.

One's that have been around:
Moorea Beach Club (Mandalay Bay)
Bare (Mirage)
Venus (Caesars Palace)
Wynn has one but not sure if it's named.
there are others (Flamingo and Stratosphere come to mind)

Two that are worth mentioning:
Rio opened the largest one, dubbed a brazillian style pool with marketing help from Sapphires GC.
TI has one on Sundays called Exposed that's marketed in conjunction with Seamless GC.
