I personally have never understood ladies that don't post their rates.  

If I had to guess I would say that their strategy is to size you up as to your ability to pay and factor that against how busy they are (or aren't).

My preference, at least so far, has been sticking to the old adage "if you have to ask..."

Sorry , there are very valid reasons why certain things are done certain ways.
I will not go into why on this very public form........somethings sometimes are better left unsaid

I think you do need to contact the lady to find the answer.
I know some ladies may not agree with me , but if certain info isn't provided online , of course one has to go to the source for answers. How else can you know. ?

The old saying - if you have to ask .........is so BS.

Consumers of these ladies services are going to speculate as to why they don't post rates.  They of course have every right to run their business in such a manner that suits their needs.  While my guess may be 100% wrong, I am willing bet that such a guess is not a rarity among potential consumers of these ladies services.

If so, I'd check the rates shown there. If they're in my ballpark (unlikely of course) and I want to see her, sure, I'd call and ask. If she quotes me something higher than what's shown on her profile, then I'd mention that and go from there.

If she doesn't have reviews, forget it unless I've met her somewhere or she comes highly recommended.

Just PM for the finer details of what's on the menu & for rates. You will usually get a better & more reliable answer  thru email.

Are you too busy? My experience is it can work for you if references are given and a dialogue established. We want them to make extra time for us in spite of all of the nuisance info they get, but, we will not make the effort. I know we are the customer, but are we a customer they would wish would come back.

as i've seen in my almost 10 years around these parts, 95% of the providers do post rates...
and as one who doesn't, i do so because i don't want to see anyone i don't click with over the phone... simple as that... i think i ask as many questions as the caller does...

I have seen many that are locked and until verified you cant even enter the site.

I wouldnt think for a second that a woman isnt posting a rate for the sake of having a quota.
it would be for more discretion .Lots use their sites for modeling and other types of services other then escorting so many sites are very vanilla for a reason, depending on what the purpose of the meeting is.

The type of guys that see those type of woman dont care about the price.

Some providers might not feel comfortable with posting rates on their website for a variety of reasons.
Every provider does what works best for them.
If a provider is reputable and well-reviewed and she does not post rates on her website I would not automatically think upsell or quota.It is up to the guy if he wants to inquire on rate info or if he is uncomfortable doing so move on to the next provider who has rates posted.
You cannot always go off of a TER profile some providers keep their profiles current with their rates and then there are some where the rates or info might be old.
I would think a gent would not want to be worried if he put the wrong rate in the envelope talking about awkward.
I have a friend she does have a website there are no rates posted but she believes in speaking with the gent first and then she tells her rates.She does not upsell and she is independent.

so I just move on, and I'm sure I've missed seeing some great providers, but in a town like Vegas where there are so many great providers who post rates, I've never had a problem finding an escort.

The issue for me is clarity. I don't want any confusion heading into the date. I don't mind asking, but I've also on more than one occasion sought that clarity from providers who post a rate on their website but do post different rates on different forums (their TER rate often is higher than other forums) and was chastised by them that they didn't discuss their rates! I find it much easier if the provider just posts her rate on her website.

P.S. I personally would not rely on a rate that is posted on a provider's TER profile.

She explained to me, in Clark County NV (Las Vegas), prostitution is a crime of intent.  That means that you only need to ask for, or agree to, sexual gratification for compensation and your have committed a crime.  So, she seemed to think that taking my rates down would have eliminated 1/2 of that equation.

Also, I noticed that on websites that do not list rates the provider does discuss the fact that she has rates, note that people should call her for rates, warn that her rates are not negotiable, advise that her rates are higher for outcall vs. incall, tell you where to leave the money when you arrive, etc. So there is no doubt that she is, in fact, charging for her time. So it just makes me wonder how not specifying an exact amount provides any kind of protection whatsoever.

But, as you note, all of this may just be a lot of theory anyway and may not make a difference when push comes to shove.

If you're THAT interested then call and ask but I'd really scour the webs for her reviews first (using her number or email to search for them).
