The convention is called the Adult Entertainment Expo.  It's highlighted by the AVN awards ceremony.  

Like any tour, the main thing is to get your name out there and make people interested in spending some money on you.  It takes a lot of free posts, ads on the various webboards, and general word of mouth.  Some local official commented that there's some 2000 sex workers in or near Las Vegas at any one time.  Not only are you competing with them, but you have an influx of people coming for the Expo or the award show.  With paid ads, it's tough to stand out when you have to compete with some 200-300 ads on Eros Las Vegas.  What might work better is to hit up your past clients and let them know you'll be here in Vegas and you'd love for them to see you here.

If you're coming to just have fun, great.  If you're coming to make money, you better know what you're doing since you're up against some pretty long odds.
