I am not sure how you know it is bacterial vaginosis. Are you a doctor and if so, did you test her and wait for the results?

As for your approach.....would this be a question worthy of a post and a possible train wreck if this woman was a civilian?

I am not sure why there would be any difference in your maturity level or the lack thereof based on her decision to be a professional provider. It is my belief that ALL women get paid for sex. Providers are just smart enough to not play the games civilians play. We put a price tag on our time and walk away....no strings attached. Yet, we are still humans, still wives, mothers, daughters.

Your provider of choice is a woman, who deserved the respect and maturity to be told she was a wee bit tart, and asked to leave. Would it have been a very tense awkward moment? Yes, it would have been, however since you are complaining about her not so freshness, you should have manned up and told her.

You are not helping her by posting this here.

If a provider shows up and has a case of bacterial vaginosis, and you can tell by the odor is it proper to say anything or ask them to leave?  It can take some of the steam out of you.

In a situation such as that obviously you(the hobbyist) do not want to interact act nor do you want her to to spread to others in the industry..

Unlike the provider above stated there are more appropriate means and ways to express concerns and definate ways to back out gracefully..

I personally see my body as a temple and also have many hobbysist who are doctors and I ask them about this situation and they have told me how the smell is a give away and yes DO NOT ENGAGE!!

has had an overgrowth of yeast!! if they say they havent  (they are are fibbing ; ) )
even little girls/babies get it ..thrush its called..

obviously he shouldnt be mean about it, but it is what is, if a provider or even a hobbyist shows up  with sexual health issues, (especially stinky privates) it is clearly irresponsible to engage in any sexual activity, ESPECIALLY if he is paying for it. I am just very straight forward about things, and take my health and business seriously, and when girls pull stuff like that, i think it makes us all look bad to some extent. again, didnt mean to offend!! just calling it as i see it :)

There is nothing wrong with Eva speaking her mind and without couth to your standards.  She hit the nail on the head. The body is a temple but I've never been in a temple, church, or mosque that smells like vaginosis.  Yes I understand the body has a certain level of yeast to make it functionally balanced. But that doesn't mean you should have enough yeast to make a keg beer.

If you specialize in vaginosis, you should advertise accordingly so the guy won't be surprised. TER should put a new check box for:
1. Vaginosis: yes or no
2. Smell of pussy:
    A. Like roses
    B. Like feta cheese
    C. Like rotten catfish in sewage

You wouldn't want a guy to show up with a buffet of dick cheese, hershies, and skid marks.

I used to play a lot of tennis and in a mixed doubles match, my partner was playing very surprisingly poorly.  She missed many shots that were normally very easy for her.  I often smelled something like rotten eggs in the air, but not necessarily more when I was closer to her.  She was fully dressed, but could this have been her problem?  Is it that strong?

Yes, ask her to leave. No provider should ever take an appointment if she has any type of infection, including yeast infections.
If a client shows up at my incall with  stinky, infected privates, he will be leaving with a quickness.

I think as a hobbyist who wants to enjoy  "safe pleasure" it would be a good idea to really make sure you enjoy time with a woman who is educated, carries herself in an upscale manner and has great reviews or comes with wonderful recommendations. Then it is highly unlikely that you would be faced with a situation where you have to turn a lovely lady away.

communication is key...if something isn't right, talk about it, make up an excuse, or whatever you need to do to get yourself out of the situation...
Infections are not sexy and the thought of someone showing up and exposing you to that mess is GROSS....there's no way a lady is unaware when something isn't right with her body...
