I recently had to cancel my appt. with a provider..Sent her a email to advise her..Have not received a notice she got this; is this normal?

Sorry you had to cancel. Maybe she got busy with it being the holdays and just hasn't yet.

Unfortunately some providers, not all, will simply treat you like you have the plague if you cancel on them.  Others can be kind and understanding. Ymmv.

And  I'd blown my chance with a certain provider.  She is giving me another chance . I also know good and well I better not cancel without a very valid reason.  Try and see if she'll reschedule with you.
