visiting Vegas in a couple weeks and doing my research on TER and P411.  Seems that the donation amount is all over and I would say the vast majority of girls have excellent reviews.  Help me understand how a girl sets her prices.  Is it an industry that you get what you pay for?

Certainly you have a better chance of having a better experience with a premium rate well reviewed provider than those who arnt but there are no guarentees. You just have to do your research..sorry this sounds like a project but it is.  

You have a some idea of what your looking for and this site, and others, is the place to verify and confirm what you hope to find.

Many providers arnt in the inner sanctum of what you might call the TER Select list and as a result have more attractive rates. They sometimes really are waiting for your call. Some legitimate providers place ads on BP even at BP type rates but you need to verify everyone for sure.

Think of what you really like to do and what type of experience you would like to have. It is not that cost is ever irrelevant but if after the session you are saying WOW!! or OMG that was great! then that is what you will remember. When I have narrowed my selection I will also ask a fellow hobbyist who has seen both for some input most are very helpful in this regards.

All that being said "good advice is easy to give and hard to follow" I still will ponder over A or B but in a way I now see that as part of the fun.

 

Find a provider who has good reviews, offers a menu to your liking , at a donation that works for you. Then contact her and book an appointment. Easy Peasy.  

set our rates where we are comfortable being at. I can only speak for myself, but I am well reviewed and, have priced mine where I am comfortable being at. I think I am a good provider and provide wonderful customer service and am worth every penny.  Just decide on your budget and look for girls within that budget and decide from there.

There are providers at all levels of the spectrum. Some get more, some less. If a lady's donations are on the higher side, especially in Las Vegas, she better be exceptional in some way. If not, either she starves or she adjusts accordingly. The competition is fierce and water meets its level- eventually.  
This is also a location issue. It is pretty well known Vegas rates are higher than some other places. The bar is higher, too. The most gorgeous model-esque, the down and dirtiest or the youngest little dolls are not always at the top of the " food-chain", contrary to popular belief. Some of the ladies have better or worse business acumen. Others are better hustlers.
Like anything else in life it is worth what someone is willing to pay.

Average rate in Las Vegas is 400 to 500 for an hour with discounted per hour after the first. You can find many, amazing, well reviewed women in this price range.

you would think it would be easy... but in Vegas the possibilities are endless - all with great photos, great reviews, and within budget! lol... everyday I find someone new I want to meet...lol
