Off topic but, man I hate not getting a live body when I call some business.

Since I am heading to Costa Rica, I found so many places concerning my passport drove me nuts because of not being able to get a live body to talk to (not talking about a blow-up doll either, I talk to her all the time)

I just got back from a week's vacation to the Guancaste area in Costa Rica absolutely georgeous area. Gotta love that place as long as you can get over the condition of the roads...I never had a problem getting a person on the phone there, but had the resort help call in tough cases.

Oh, and a little thing, if for travel, passport and visa questions, I always call the embassy or consulate, in the US, of the country I need the information for, I always get a real live person to talk to.
