Pretty much any topless club you go to will have good dances. Most of the nudes ones as well (although the prices per song tend to be higher). The problem is generally trying to pick a dancer out of the crowd and get a dance from them in the first place. In some of the larger clubs, there could be over 100 dancers on the floor (along with even more guys). In these types of situations, best to be aggresive and ask for the dance instead of waiting for them to come to you. Generally, topless lap dances are $20/song. Cab drivers and limos get tokes for dropping you off at the club so expect at least a $20 cover.
Extras are rare (mostly limited to short hand jobs and a quick lick here or there). A new county ordinance that went into effect a year ago has made vice a bit more active than most would like. None of the dancers want to lose their job or be outta the Vegas market for six months or more (if they get arrested) but you'll find a few that are willing to do stuff outside the club. Unless they follow you out the club, don't hold your breath. On the weekends and big convention weeks, a lot of dancers (and cocktail waitresses) are in from nearby states (CA, AZ, UT) so don't expect too much from them.
It's been awhile, but the best contact clubs when I went to them were: OG, Crazy Horse II, and Cheetahs. Of course YMMV and there are some new super clubs that were not there when I was going to strip clubs. LE activity can make a difference as well and the new laws effect various clubs, but I'm pretty sure not the three I listed.
Why not spend the money you would drop in the VIP room (at least $400/hour at most clubs) and get a provider? I was just in Vegas and I did experience OG's and CrazyHorse Too but neither experience was as good as spending time with a provider. And the price per hour pretty much works out the same. Not to mention there aren't bouncers and security cameras watching. Just my opinion.
