Are there any good places to eat Vegan?

I recently changed my diet and wanted to try out a few places

I just change my diet too, but am just taking off beef & pork at this time.  Hard to cut out every wonderful meat.  I just did a google search Vegas Vegan! xoxo

Go to the Wynn/Encore every restaurant including the steak house has vegan menus. Not just one or two selections, but full menus.
