How would I search for ladies via twitter. ? I am talking, Vegas providers etc.

I've been trying to figure out the opposite on how to meet gentlemen on twitter  

try to use hashtags that include the word vegas and you should be able to find girls based here. Also look at who they follow and who's following them!

Definitely search all of the usual keywords and las vegas.  The SWitter community is large.  If you haven't already done so, I suggest using a separate handle for SWitter than regular twitter, just to keep things separate.  Let me know if you have any questions.  

Some providers have their twitter listed on there TER profiles too.  So, that's another way to find them on twitter.  Once you start following some providers, I often see other familiar names/faces among their followers and in their tweets/re-tweets.

You can use a google search to find providers that have their Twitter listed in their profile along with 'Las Vegas' in their profile.

Twitter allows you to have two accounts.  Best to keep that separate.  I have two as well and the app makes it easy to toggle between them.  I just had to block someone I interact with on twitter because he didn't have a SWitter account and two of his civvie gal pals decided to call him out for talking to "trash" (me)

I prefer TER. Twitter is just too public, and too much to keep up with. I opened one because I started to hear some attention going there, but the talk between us girls is that it is too much drama. No one likes a spotlight focused on themselves from the general public. You have absolutely no control over what is being posted. . We all just want to play safe and stay UTR as much as humanly possible. I dont have time to Tweet to some guy in Nigeria who can see my pics. The only friends I want to make are the ones that are interested in spending some quality time with me. I suggest that you don't drink the koolaid on this Twitter business. Stay here with us on TER.

I'm a bit of a Twitter pioneer/geek--I had three accounts at one time!  
There are different apps that I've used to keep my accounts separate, so if you want a "hobby" account along with a "real" account or "semi-real" account, that's something to keep in mind.
Agreed with others, search hashtags for escorts, companions, whatever city of your choice...you'll find what you're looking for!

I've had a lot of clients tell me they love following me on my t witter account because it is always current, not stagnant like a website. Plus you really do get a feel for someone from their tweets and candid real photos, not always the photoshopped professional pics. I also put a t witter feed on my home page of my website to make it easy for people to follow me without even having a t witter account. And you can see from all my tweets and retweets fun parties and get togethers that are coming up.
