Given the amount of time (drinks, private session, clubbing, more private session), sounds like 8+ hours or an overnight depending on the provider.  Since you're not offering dinner or time out for a meal, a meal date doesn't really fit.  FYI, some providers booking 3 or more hours expect a meal somewhere during the time booked (a girl's gotta eat).

While it's admirable that you want to get bottle service (hey, most ladies like to sit and at most classy Vegas clubs, you can only get a place to sit at a table and that means bottle service most of the time), as someone said before, don't expect her to drink.

To keep their services somewhat legit (if you want to call it that), pretty much every provider charges for her time and whether that's in private or public really doesn't matter most of the time.
