Is it hosting friendly....or a bitch to get into like the one in Orlando?

Planning a week out there in January and looking for a large comfortable place to host new friends. ;)
These places are more like apartments than hotel rooms.

I've got a guest room.  Plus, I have some projects around the house that I could use some help with.

Just plan to meet in the lobby and/or advise your lady friend how to get to the elevators so she can swiftly walk in and up without anyone noticing that she is just visiting..and so she doesn't look lost...

Have Fun!

I use them all the time, just meet her in valet and say hi and hug just like we are old friends. Never had a problem with any HGVC here in LV

one from the titty cards (never again), one 19 year old stripper (never again) and a girl I found on TER (came home and bought a one year VIP).  The place is small enough to get to know the valet, went to Vegas with $50 in $2 bills just for tips, they got a kick out out of that and got real friendly, for each girl I gave the Valet a five and he took care of the girl's cars, they charge you for parking for a week, but the fiver seem to handle it for my visitors.  The stripper drove a real piece of shit, they guy told me he had to hide in in the back.

My room had a Jacuzzi surrounded by mirrors, boy was that fun.  The rooms have full kitchens with pots pans and plates, dishwasher and washer dryer.  The spa is real nice, sauna, rain shower, shaving supplies, and a relaxation room with curved couches to take a nap on.  Also the best exercise room I've ever seen in a time share.

Circus Circus and the Riviera are right down the street, real dumps for casinos, but CC has a real cheap limit poker game with good bonus payouts, and the players aren't that good so it easy to win a little.  The Peppermill is right next to the Riviera, a good 24 hour restaurant (check out the recent post on 24 hour restaurants).  They have a nice bar in the back with couch seating and fireplaces.  Met the TER girl there, they took our picture and when i went back to get it, a bar girl tried to pick me up, but her cab driver husband showed and it got weird. They also have 9/6 video poker.

The only problem I had was that the girls always went to the Hilton Casino first, called me, then went to the other Hilton Vacation place around the corner (i think it was on the way from the Hilton).  So you might want to spell it out real clear what Hilton you are staying at.

Also they will try to sell you a time share.  If you want some tips on how to handle that, PM me.

There are three. I would guess you're talking about the one on International Drive with the gated guard house. You either have to give the provider your full name so when she arrives the guard can call your room to confirm she's your guest, or, drive to the entrance and park in a waiting area outside the gate, then have her follow you in and tell the guard that the lady in the car behind yours is your guest and he'll wave her thru. I've done it both ways. Do you have any other ideas of getting her thru the guard house?
In Vegas, I like to stay at the Hilton Grand Vacations that shares the Flamingo Resort property. Same deal...suites as big as apartments. It's key card access so you'd have to meet the gal in the lobby or just outside. Also, it's located right in the center of Flamingo, Caesar's, Bally's and Bellaggio area. It has access to the light rail at it's doorstep and you have guest privileges at the Flamingo as if you were a guest there. I haven't yet stayed at the one near the old Sahara casino if that's the one you're referring to.

I tried having someone follow me in once with the "she's with me" thing....didn't work out well. The guard immediately asked for her name for the 'guest on property' list. Gave him a fake name, then walked back to her car to whisper to her that she 'forgot her license at home' so he couldn't check it.

Now I just give the lady my name (I'm single and don't care) or have them meet me at the Publix across the street where we shop for wine and treats before heading over in my vehicle.

I was originally looking at the HGV at the south end of the strip but those rooms don't seem to have jacuzzis. The one you mention sounds better.

home improvement projects are not exactly the kind of hammering, nailing, drilling, and screwing I planned on doing in LV.

But I will take you out and buy you a 'screwdriver' or two.....

Just sayin'
