Not sure really... there was a rumor he died, but that was just a rumor... then there was a rumor he found religion and was serving as a Chaplain in a minimum facility women's prison in Van Nuys, CA... that wasn't true either... although he did light Lindsey Lohan's cigaret one day in the courtyard.
