In this case there is A LOT to be said for EXPERIENCE. I would suggest you visit Independent Ladies in their mid 20's to mid 30's for your first time out.

You'll want to stick with the "Independents" (Agencies and Brothels are not the best way to go for your first time) and do your "Homework" here on TER. Yes, I think most of the ladies understand your problem, have encountered it and will do their best to arouse you.  However, despite their allure and considerable skills, they may not be able to completely resolve the problem.  Recommend you see a urologist to see if you're a candidate for viagra, commonly referred to as Vitamin V.

Sable and Zwardis have give some pretty good advice.  I know both CindySpice and Brie.  They are two very differnt ladies, so depending on what you are looking for either on would be great.  Other good options are Jade, Kit (both of desertdelights) and Kim.
