So I'm wondering if my Out of State legal weed products are going to get me in trouble in LV.  Oh and another question is is a vaporizer safe to use in a non-smoking room?

IIRC, they recently changed the laws to recognize the validity of a California MMC in Nevada.
As long as you have current documentation or card, you should be fine.

As for using vaporizers assuming you mean non smoking hotel rooms, don't overdo it, invest in air freshener or Ozium, and keep the A/C below 72.

Otherwise it is not legal. Vapes or treated just like regular cigarettes and are not allowed in non smoking rooms.
