In the past few days I've either had discussions or read about hobbyists complaining about guys giving too many 10/10 reviews.  Well, I'm probably one of those guys.  But I go down the list of reviews I've done and I wouldn't change one number on any of those 10/10 reviews.  If it wasn't for the scoring criteria there's a couple 10/9's that would be 10/10s as well.  I've had reviews knocked down because duos or anal wasn't mentioned...good grief.  Other times the editor didn't give a crap...but that's a different subject. (Katie Flowers, Samantha Sommers, Sierra, and Carson Moore were ladies that got downgraded for things that were ignored on other reviews)

If you think the only way a lady can be a 10 in looks is if she can be on the cover of Vogue magazine that's your opinion...it's not mine.  My scoring system is based on a number of things I find attractive.  I won't criticize your standards don't criticize mine.  If a lady is way above average in beauty, if she turns heads, if she's totally physically fit for her age, and if I can't wait to see her naked, that's a 10 in my book.  If you disagree so be it.  I've never met too many Victoria Secret models...my guess is they have different jobs.  So I personally don't think that's a fair comparison.  But I've met my share of ladies and that's the basis for my scoring standards.  How do they compare to the ladies in the same line of work?      

Regarding performance, If I finish an engagement and I'm 100% satisfied with how it went, why would I not want to give a 10.  As the song goes, "they work hard for the money..."  It also helps that I do my homework, I pretty much know what I'm getting before the lady shows up and I'm pretty selective with who I see and who I review.  Why would I want to see anybody that I didn't think had the ability to be a 10/10 other than price?  I look for 10s that's why they get 10s...duh!

So basically just because you disagree with how some guys review, doesn't make you right.  So does this make me the white knight for all the Ladies I've loved before (another song) probably but I wouldn't trade one of those 10s for anything and I look forward to a whole slew of more 10s!!!  But you review your way, and I'll review mine.

And you have eyes so if a guy rates a lady as a 10 , use your own eyes ,look at her photos and you decide if that is a 10 in your eyes.
If she isn't in your eyes a 10 ,doesn't mean she isn't a 10 in someone else's eyes.

It is the reviewers opinion ,he is entitled to his opinion.
Just because you whiners don't agree, doesn't mean the reviewer can't give a 10 or that he is inflating the score.

A lady can be over 35 and still be a 10. Just ask Christie Brinkley Or Iman.
And btw when you have a great photographer that knows how to use lighting ,then airbrushing is not needed.
Oh and another news flash ALL models  , actors , playboys , vogue magazine cover and any cover are ALL airbrushed photos.
So a 10 doesn't mean one has to be on a magazine cover.
If that is what it means to all of the ones complaining about inflated scores......great then that's YOUR opinion. It doesn't have to be everyone's opinion.

For me ( as I am sure many will also agree ) beauty goes beyond physical.
Personality as other attributes can make a difference.

One of my favorite comedy shows is two and half men with Charlie Sheen.
In one of the episodes Charlie was dating this gorgeous Hungarian model.
But he pawned her off to his brother Allen .
Allen couldn't believe his brother would give up such a 10.
The model comes out to the bedroom looking so hot and sexy a perfect 10.
Allen couldn't believe his luck .
But then the model laid on the bed like a cold fish and said- ok do me.
At that point that 10 turned into a 5.......

Do you see where I am going with this ?
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
Yes, it isn't just a line,  it is very very true.

So quite the bitching and complaining
Your not the god of - what qualifies as a 10.
If a reviewer gave a 10 , look at the ladies photos and if in your eyes it isn't a 10 ,
then move on to find who is a 10 in your eyes.
No need to insult the ladies and reviewers because your idea of beauty is one tracked.

Certainly reviews and scores are very subjective.  To say that someone is wrong because their 10 is different than your's is an exercise in futility.  If I were a hobbyist, I would start by doing my research on reviewers.  If it appeared that their tastes were similar to mine (this being the key) and they were a respected reviewer, I would go from there, then cross reference the girls they have reviewed with what others have said to validate.  It's takes time and effort but I would think that the payoff is tremendous in the end.  But to assume that you will agree with whatever you read because the author has an "X" chromosome like your own is a very poor strategy.

Baba...you keep calling 10's as you see them because it's your opinion and you are in entitled to it just like everyone else here is.

And just so that you don't have to look...no...I am not saying this because I have a review from Baba.  I'm saying it because he is a very classy guy and I happen to agree with his logic.

...Appearance ratings aren't, or at least shouldn't be, based upon photos.  Most photos, well at least those of the mid - top shelf ladies, are generally relatively expensive photo shoots.  Alot of effort goes into make-up and, as you correctly stated good Dr., proper lighting.  No doubt there's also lots of air-brushing implemented.   Not in all cases, but probably more than we're told.  

So I guess my point is.....shit....what IS my point??  Damm it, Scotty!!   Beam me up, there's no intelligent life in my brain!!

You seem to be quite experienced in this arena.  This is my first day of TER.  Ive been an entertainer for a few years.  I am new to this site.  I would love to get any advice you have to offer about using the site and finding dates.  I will be in Vegas next week on the 28th through 31st.  Id like to have some dates set up before I go.  Got any advice.  Id like to be sure to get lots of tens! im free to text or chat via phone as well.  609-892-8910

Guys who seem to take the description of "once in a lifetime" literally.  They refuse to give any provider a "10".  Okay, that's fine, but now your rating scale is 1 to 9 not 1 to 10.  I review rarely, but give out "10/10" because they are deserved.  I spend a lot of time shopping relative to my buying.

The 10 rating scale is frankly a little ridiculous.  If you are review ratings, you simply aren't going to see a gal that rate 5 or below in either category.  If I ever rated a gal that low, my intended message is don't see her.

"I may be one man's 3 and another man's 10, all depends on what HE finds attractive"

If most of your reviews are 10/10, then just may be you are doing your homework right and actually seeing women you find attractive and with personality that you are click with.

The Scoring system for appearance is subjective...It's hard to say what is universally 'once in a lifetime', as we all have different tastes and ideas of what outer beauty truly is. Performance scores should be subjective and based on an individual provider's offered services and scored for that,  but for whatever reason are not; everyone is held to the same misogynistic scoring system.

Comparing apples and oranges and using the same scoring system to compare them is ludicrous, in my opinion.  And, then further comparing those very different fruits by having a top 100 list...it makes no sense...

I believe that they should have different categories for the services that are provided and then be able to score providers based on that criteria.  I'll never have a 10/10 because of services that I do not offer.  While I am fine with that, other well known ladies have 10/10s though their profiles clearly state they do not offer the services required.  While I'd say possibly it was overlooked when the review was passed through, I cannot because there are some providers who have several "inflated" performance scores when they don't meet the criteria...or they ask a hobbyist to claim they offered a particular service one time so "YMMV" in order to sneak a higher score in...

I wish there was a way to make some changes to the current review system, as I don't think it gives gentlemen, particularly newbies, a chance to make a truly educated choice.

Based on the ladies I do know that you have seen, Baba, I can vouch for the 10s in appearance...and the others photograph beautifully, airbrushed or not, so I'm sure they were well deserved; besides I know you have great taste in women!

A person doesn't have to spend 2+ hours a day in the gym to look good.
How you look is 80 percent diet and 20 percent working out. rolled into how one takes care of themselves ........ do they drink , do they smoke , other .....and genes.
but all that still doesn't mean a certain look only equals a 10.

Just because someone has a 6 pack doesn't make them a 10.
If someone thinks that does , that's ok . That's their opinion of a 10 in beauty.
It doesn't have to be everyone's opinion ........hence- beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

I mentioned age as there were plenty of whiners and complainers ( not you ) that did relate
age to the score.
As if a 10 was given to a lady over 40, then it was given by a 75 year old guy.
Or that a lady over 40 can't get a 10 because that is the age of his mother or grandmother.

Maybe you think one's personality can't influence how one's appearance is . But I think it does.

In your eyes only one type may qualify for a 10 ( busty, aggressive , in shape ) for others they may have a bigger idea of beauty so the 10/10 isn't just for any girl who drops her panties, it is for any girl who fits their idea of a 10.

It is THEIR review and THEIR opinion.
How is it a waste of electrons and an insult to other ladies that their idea of a 10 doesn't match yours.

It's an insult for someone to think there is only one type of standard for a 10.
His standard ( I didn't say yours ...... big difference. so take note about that )  
or none and then go name calling other reviewers and putting other people down.

You or anyone can have their idea of what is a 10 . We don't all have to agree.
what should be more important is - Looks like photos ........yes or no.

Regardless if it's a professional photo ,great make up , great lighting,  airbrushed or not a top provider should have photos that more or less represent how she looks like in person.
So a person can use their OWN eyes and judge for themselves regarding ones beauty.
Until now all ladies I have met in person look even better then their photos.

So I don't see why there should be any problems. Looking better then photos is even better .
Did someone look less then photos , ?? then you can check - looks like photo - NO.

Whatever , in the end beauty is still in the eyes of the beholder.
but if your 6 pack is saying not so .....then we will just have to agree to disagree .

never given a 10/10.  Just the way I am, doesn't seem to impede my hobby activities. TBH, the #s aren't nearly important as the actual review and the reviewers history.

I don't think it should impede your hobby activities and unless a gal is incredibly insecure, she is not going to be offended by an 8 or 9.  My only point is that if say the outset that you are not going to give a "10", "9" is the highest on your scale.

IMHO, the scale should be 1 to 5.  If you ever see a rating below "5" on this site, the author is essentially saying don't see this gal.

I think people get obsessed over "10".  The gals I have rated "10" have been rated "9" by others, I wouldn't quarrel with their assessment.  It is a matter of personal preference.  I approach searching for providers by looking for 10's, so it should not be unusual that I find them.

I'll keep it brief and polite, but here's the deal.  The value of reviews to the brethren is to let them know what ladies are the best performers on a static set of criteria.  Granted that is flawed to the extent that not all guys want anal or a threesome, or even a bbbj, but without standard measurement there's no way to separate one lady from the other.  We need a system that narrows the list from the 800,000+ reviews to pick the next victim, er companion and a rating system provides that.  Scores aren't the destination but rather a tool to get there.  When a guy is overly generous (or harsh), he simply skews the picture for the rest of us.  While you have every right to see a 3 as a 10, you increase the possibility that some guy will be disappointed when he sees her, and increase the chances that he'll give her a crappy review as a result of it.  There is a better way and I can explain it in great detail, but it's not available here and isn't likely to be.  Someday though.

I've met at least 3 of those women.  I have nothing against them and I'm sure others on the list are nice as well.  Still, I don't see that any woman should expect that every guy would find them amazing in every way.  I've been out with guy friends and inevitably one of them will blurt out something about the hot chick over there, and someone else will ask who he's talking about.  Assuming that any of them should be put on a pedestal only causes them to get knocked down later.

1.  I never said I see a 3 as a 10.  That's absurd.  Please tell me which of my 10s in appearance isn't a 10 I'd really like to know.  

2.  The "one in a lifetime scenario"  it's not a realistic standard.  I compare providers to other providers.  Last time I looked Scarlette Johannson and The Megan Fox weren't available.

3.  I've been fortunate in my hobbling career to be able to see the elite providers in LV.  So why is it such a shock that they would deliver as expected?  

4. i think these ladies appreciate a man that goes the extra mile for them.  I have one goal when I meet a lady that's to make sure when I call her again she says yes.  I try and show them the utmost appreciation, most of them realize that and go out of their way for me in return.  Getting a lady to be a 10 is usually easy if you know what you're doing and you pick the right ones.  I've had a lot of practice plus I adore beautiful women.  I LIKE doing things for women. Nope I know it's not necessary but I like doing it and it can pay dividends in the long run.

5. No not every encounter is a 10/10 but I've reviewed far less women than I've seen in LV.  Now I pretty much limit my reviews to the elite providers.  Another reason the scores are top heavy.  I've also seen a number of ladies that deserved great reviews and for one reason or another I didn't write one.  Then there were a handful that deserved a good bitch slap or two.  I choose not to write about those and if you tell me that's wrong I would agree with you.  But I just don't see a reason to trash a ladies' career because I caught her at a bad time.  However, I get a lot of PMs asking me about ladies and they always get exactly what I think.  But if a lady got a good review from me there's usually not a lot negative to be said unless I see them again and something changes, which has happened.  

So I think that pretty much covers it.  

We are given 10,000 character to describe our experience in words and only two characters for the numbers.

The pictures are on the web site, the girls post new ones with their ads all the time, they participate in the photo threads, you can "say" the pictures are accurate or not, is the number really that important. There are 20 - 100 reviews on each girl, you can average. What is the issue? Are guys showing up, getting disappointed that the 9.5 is only a 8.9? Do hobbyist not want to read the reviews, do guys just look at the number and judge from there?

Is it necessary to discount a score because they don't do Greek or BBBJ? That is listed on the profile very clearly? Are people just upset about grade inflation?  

And it's not just the guys, the girls talk about it all the time. Enough already, every two or three months we dredge this up again and again.

If I could submit a review without a number I would.  

Sorry, I get frustrated with this issue too. It seems like we never resolve it. Is there a way we can develop a "grading policy"? Or have people propose their own policy? Here are some of my suggestions:

If a girl keeps her heels on with out asking, that's a 10.
If a girls forces a second pop out of me and won't take no for an answer, 10.
If a girls truly engages me in conversation that I don't want to end, 10.
Wears her own high end lingerie, 10
If a girls says sexy things as I am reaching climax, 10.
Sexy faces during Russian, 10.
Eye contact during oral, 10
Pinches my nipples really hard, 10
Slaps me around, kicks me in the balls, spits in my face and calls me "bitch boy", that's an 11.

Just some ideas.  I'm going to work this before my next visit. I'll make a chart and send it to them before the visit. Then they can fill it out.  I'm really tired of these fucking numbers.

They should just give us a choice of varying degrees of smiling and frowning faces to indicate how we felt at the end of the session. One simple indicator to sum up each encounter. Seriously, that and the narrative is all I need.

I totally agree with both Cindy and Reagan. Everyone has their own perception of beauty and what constitutes a great date. Someone who I see as a 10 might be an 8 or 9 in another man's eyes. A date that left me completely satisfied and wanting to be with a provider again and again might only be okay for somebody else. We are each different with unique tastes and that is what makes this hobby so great. By doing our homework we can find the right women that are 9's and 10's for us. I should add that Reagan and Cindy are both 10-10's in my book.

I've had the opposite problem.  I've rated girls a 7 (which was totally fair based on the criteria that TER gives us) and had the girl contact me all pissed off that I gave her a "bad" review.  I don't think 7 is bad.  I've tried to rate 10 and had TER say I couldn't rate that high if they didn't do certain things-- so I was shocked when the provider got mad at me.  She even gave me a veiled threat, like "You wouldn't want me to do or say things that could hurt your reputation and career, would you?  So why are you doing that to me?"

Let me start off by saying ( I should have said it before , although I have said it in the past )
I hate numbers too. I think there are better ways to make the review system much more affective
honest and fair.

but it isn't my site. And the owners of TER have the right to run the site the way they want.
It's their site.

Now regarding 7's. while guys say - oh 7 isn't a bad score .......but yet when they do a search
they will put in criteria search 8-10 ........ now not saying everyone , but many many do.
So if you give a lady a 7 , you lower her average and then she may not show up when someone is searching 8-10.
By that affecting her business.

Then there is the whole placement on Top 100 list thing , which I think is ridiculous and inaccurate anyways.
( but that's a whole separate issue to discuss maybe another time )  
I don't even pay attention to that. But many ladies and guys do.

So probably that is why they were mad.

If guys say 7 isn't bad , then why do those same guys search for 8-10 reviews only ??

But here's the thing:  I recently spent time with a provider and it was THE BEST time I ever had with a lady in my life.  I wrote a review and gave her a 10.  TER sent me a message back and said the rating was too high because she didn't DFK ( I prefer light anyway), she didn't BBBJ (I prefer CBJ for health and safety anyway), She didn't do greek (I've never done that and have no interest).  So even though she was JUST what I wanted, we REALLY connected, and I enjoyed myself IMMENSELY, TER said the highest I could giver her was a 7.  I think that's wrong.  But that's what I was told.

So if ladies do get 7s, they shouldn't blame us

(I think the rating system is flawed, because if ladies KNOW that they can't get a high rating if they don't perform those other tasks, then they are going to be disgruntled when people like me ask for covers and stuff.  That shouldn't be what it is about.)

Exactly one of my points.  If you get everything you wanted and expected you should grade accordingly.

Did TER change their review policies?
From what I understand ( and maybe I'm wrong since I don't write reviews
and I haven't read rule guidelines in depth ) a provider is entitled to a point for services she offers even if you didn't use that particular service.

So let's say a lady offers BBBJ but you want CBJ ,she still deserves that point .
Making her score at least an 8. Not 7 .
She offers Greek but your not interested ,still she should get another point. So now that's a 9.

Now if she has a long list of - I don't do....... Like no oral or CBJ only.
No this , no that .....then it may be a 7 and yes the lady should know and expect that.
And all her reviews should already been a 7. So why would she get mad ?

But if scoring is based on what happened during the session .....
Well then many scores are not correct including many 9's and 10's

Of course this is not my site and the owner of the site has the right to make the rules.
His site , his rules.......BUT in my opinion how can different experiences even be compared by numbers.

Why is an experience with BBBJis considered better then a CBJ or deserve a higher rating ?
Maybe someone got a CBJ that was better then someone's else BBBJ
After all the review is from that reviewers point of you.

since I don't make the rules it is what it is........but I don't think rating is based on what you got ...... Am I wrong ? Did  something change in guidelines that I don't know about ?

Oh and btw how many points for prolonging someone for an hour  I would say that qualifies for "once in a lifetime experience" "wink wink"
