Does anyone know if any of the ladies from the moonlight bunny ranch work outside the ranch?  
How do they advertise if they do?

not during their stay at the ranch , some have web sites , on TER , cl , etc . Best get their info when you see them

While they are at the ranch they are pretty much not allowed to leave until their week is over.

However after is of course another story, particularly those girls who come from out of state who come for a few weeks and go back home to wherever and the ranch has no control over them.

Just remember that the Bunny Ranch is outside Carson City and about an eight hour drive from Vegas.  However, Bunny Ranch girls have been known to show up in Vegas - working or just getting on cam.  
I heard that Sunset (Thomas?) who was featured on the HBO 'CATHOUSE' show about the MBR now lives in Vegas but is retired from working.
