Prostitution is not legal in Vegas.   It's legal in Nye county and other rural areas, and then only in the brothels.

Prostitution is Illegal in Clark County (Las Vegas). Moreover, you don't need an attorney to incorporate in Nevada. There are several companies in Vegas that will do the paperwork for you. They'll even provide a Las Vegas address and forward you mail.

Being unfamiliar with corporation lingo, we would feel better having someone do the work if it did not become cost prohibitive.  Are there some large firms you can suggest we use?
We must be one of millions that did not know  prostitution was only legal in the brothels in Nye County.  We did know it was illegal in Vegas,  tho.  Thanks for that information.
