Looking for suggestions for cool vibe, good music and an over  40 (okay, at least over 30) crowd ... I love the ultraclubs and am a big EDM fan but can't stand the flocks of 20 somethings and crazy lines

Foundation room is nice, lots of perks if you happen to be a member. Fun either way. As for clubs that play edm for crowds over 40? Tall order.

And the lounge band at the Mandalay Bay is really good. Phoenix...  

Plus there are some other local places like Blue Martini on a Wednesday night, and some other rock n' roll bars.
