The food can be amazing at Sage but personally I like Bardot better for eating at the bar. Start with the lobster crepe. Yummy. Oh and the drink "and God created woman" is right up my alley.
Sage is a little dark and can feel gloomy. They have done a great job at Bardot giving it an authentic Parisian feel except it is newer and cleaner.

I am getting into the Aria tomorrow night and wanted to get a mid-range dinner there. I was thinking about Sage or Bardot Brasserie. Anyone here have a preference? Yelp reviews are in the same range. I am planning on dining alone so solo-diner friendly (or nice bar for eating) is a plus.

The bar at Bardot is a great place to grab a bite. I eat there often and love the foigras parfeit. Great people watching too

I dine at Julian Serrano's. They have a great Bar area and the food is amazing. It is Tapas style, so you can enjoy a few plates. Also nice bar area, good HD TV's etc.

I also vote for Julian Serrano.  If you are dining solo there is a great bar atmosphere there.

I never been to Bardot but when I pass by, it doesn't seem that crowded, it doesn't have that "it" feeling" but what do I know. You can't go wrong with Sage...

Exactly my recommendation!  I was going to suggest Javiers.. I love that place too!  The carnitas :)

Thanks for the input. I will check it out. Typically I try to find local dives for Mexican in las Vegas.
