I have only had a couple of trips with a single provider, both times it was a gal from my neck of the woods and we wound up sharing a room. It was not an exclusive arrangement.
I have contemplated asking a couple of providers for a "serial date" whereby we would agree in advance on multiple sessions. I would be willing to accommodate their schedules, including last minute changes, in return for the privilege. Have never asked anyone about this, but would be curious to know.
Why not have your candy and eat it too? No pun intended. There is a conference I attend in LV every year. I arrive the day before and the conference is 3 days long, meaning a 4 night stay. I have tried three different providers, giving me variety, but also seeing one lady twice.
I for one like the comfortably of seeing an old friend. I see the same provider when I am in town 3 or 4 times year. I usually see them 4 times and leave the first night free in case of travel issues and incase I find someone who interreges me. That's just me.

If you already have a favorite provider (or a potential favorite) in LV then 3 nights with her would be a safe/sure bet. Why take any chance? If you don't have a favorite then it's probably best to spread out your risk by seeing 3 different providers. I certainly would hate to be stuck with someone, who I have no chemistry with, for 3 days/nights. I am not the smartest guy around, but I think my reasoning (with my big head) is sound. 
That before you commit to serial dates with one provider you should first know that provider. That is also true before committing to an extended date. Those type of dates require a connection between you and her.
My recommendation are short dates to start with at the beginning of the trip, then book your favorite for a repeat or an extended date.
Since the op is very specific as to type and says he is leaning toward one provider on a multiple and/or extended basis IF he can make the “right” connection, then my advice would be to book a favorite of yours and mine right out of the box (no wisecracks please).
Methinks he just might come away from the experience thinking he is the luckiest man in Vegas and will want to continue the euphoria for the rest of the trip. The op is a "thinking" so man he should not have much trouble figuring out where to start and with whom.
..assuming we've established some sort of connection on previous, shorter dates. It enhances the GFEness of the experience for me, and I get a lot more out of it.
I know there are some men who turn their nose up at this stuff, and say, "Why would you pay for her sleeping time?", and stuff like that. For me, I don't get it; you generally get a per-hour rate which is fairly low compared to the rate for a typical two-hour engagement, so that's kind of a wash--and they're there for you all the time.
But with this kind of stuff, as always, YMMV.
1) who cares what other people say. It's your fun.
2) you aren't paying for us to sleep.. You're paying to be able to fall asleep and wake up to a blowjob!
To the OP - there is no right or wrong and I know you know this.. Do you get more comfortable over time or does that not matter?
Are you having a problem narrowing it down to one lady?
Like... I love sushi.. Anywhere I travel I eat it.. But I also look for a local flavor too. If the local favor was something that didn't make me want to eat it, I would stick with sushi. It's just whatever makes you most comfortable.

Planning a trip to Vegas and it got me thinking. To all the smart ass remark people on the board... No I did not hurt myself when I started thinking and yes I am actually using my head upstairs versus downstairs when thinking about this.
Would I rather see 2 or 3 providers on different days or just try to line one up for the several days that I would be in town? I am leaning towards the one provider side just simply for the fact that once you get to know someone it might be more fun to continue with that one provider. I am also aware of the right person with the right chemistry makes all the difference in the world. Thinking about having 3 different nights for a couple hours of fun each night. So do you lock in on one and roll the dice or do you hit different tables and try your luck. Sorry for the bad joke but could not help myself. A little bit about me... I like a full figured woman who can hold a conversation also. Any thought from providers would be great. Thanks for the help.
for me no questions I see the same companion multiple times. I'm a Vegas local and I've been seeing the same companion since 2012. I gotta say each time gets better and better. since we know each other a little now it's like a friend's with benifits situation. I can't get enough of her but like others have stated we have some chemistry and respect for each other. I'm sure there are other ladies in town who are also great and fun but there are also many ripoff ladies as well. I'm sure we all learned the hard way at one time but imo when you find someone you click with repeat as often as you can. you never know when it's going to end.
I say you can't go wrong either way. It's really up to you and what you need out of this hobby. If you find a provider that really turns you on, then hang out with her each day or if you like to see different ladies. Then go with that, this is really a personal choice for each person.
differing opinions from every hobbyist, but you just need to decide for yourself what is best for you.
I typically will meet with different providers for the minimum amount of time first. If we hit it off then on my next visit I will meet for a longer date, but when I find a favorite or favorites I will book multiple hours or days, but I will still meet new providers on the other days. I just enjoy meeting new providers (hopefully good ones) finding new favorites and enjoying this FANTASTIC hobbying life.
bottom line, play the way you want to. As for me I like the variety that Vegas has to offer.

Lot of folk disagree with me, but I like the multi day, there's a lot to be said for seeign a bunch of women, but I like the multi day because:
1. Less hassle arranging schedules etc
2. I like to take my time, and several days means I can have breaks in between for events, meals, and general tomfoolery
3. I like companionship, not everyone does, but if a girl has a lot going on upstairs it's nice to talk
4. One girl I visit likes to play poker, so in between we gamble together that way.
I have a suggestion though, do both! Meaning one girl long term, with a double on one or two evenings.
