Have read so many TER reviews about agency bait and switch........and the almost criminal upsell.

Makes sense agency = more expensive. Naturally whenever there is a middle man/person...........their business model is different, requires more overhead, than independent providers.

But..........from your experience.........provider/hobbyist...........does agency ALWAYS = upsell?

not sure if my opinion counts as an independent, but i have a few clients that have used 100proof and they were extremely happy and satisfied...they are exactly as advertised

An ex agency gal experiences...

Of course in vegas agencies get a bad wrap but there are a few great ones such as 100proof.
I always hear from gents who have had great experiences with 100proof.
There are a couple other agencies in vegas who advertise on ter and I never heard of an upsell.

Many years ago way before ter I used to work for agencies here in vegas.
The way they worked back then was upsell and it was terrible.
I had no idea about reviews,ter,p411 or any of that stuff.
I thought that was how you worked in vegas through agencies.
I found later when becoming an independent all of that was wrong.
With quite a bit of researching and reading I found ter and similar sites and became an independent provider.
I am much happier now.I share my experience here because before finding ter I thought all agencies operated the same.
I realize that is so not true and 100proof and other like minded agencies show by example there can be an agency without the upsell

100 Proof is real deal

I've used 100 Proof... Only wish they had more ladies to choose from.. So if your going to go agency, they are legit. If you choose not to, I am sure there are 100 ladies here that can help you out.

legit agency vs pretend independent

The key difference in Vegas is if the agency is upfront about being an agency. High percentage of backpage ads are agenies who pretend they are independent, make you believe you are talking to the girl. What shows up at your door is random. (bait and switch) And yes upsell, after they get the $200-$250 show up fee, will than tell you for any fun, will cost you more. Usually start at $700 - $1,000 than will go down some. Search reviews for 2 and 3 in service and it is usually backpage bait and switch. And yes, I fell for this my first time and basically got a way overpriced hand job.

100 proof, hobby shop, etc. are agencies that advertise as such, with a set price, a web presence, good reviews and history, and who you request will be at your door. Very upfront and legit. I've used 100 proof numerous times and great service. NO UPsell

So let me get this right. You were with an agency way before TER? Your profile says your 26-30yrs old and TER just announced the new website for its 15th anniversary. So you were around 11-15yrs old when you worked for an agency or is your profile lying about your age!?!

I have used a few agencies in Vegas over the last 9 months. They have all been very easy to work with and have not had a bad experience. In fact I have had better experience with the agencies than with independents.

100Proof is definitely one I have used and would recommend.

All Vegas agencies are NOT created equal. Seeing as though you did not mention any exceptions to the rule I will tell you:

*Our Rates are flat with no upselling since 2008.
*Our pics are real. No bait and switch.
*We are the longest running agency in Vegas and one of the highest reviewed agencies in the country.

Vegas has the worst reputation in the country as far as agencies go, but there certainly are exceptions to the rule. Thought it best if you heard it straight from the horses mouth.

I've never had an issue dealing with JenBlu and her girls. They are every bit as legit as LV100Proof.

Let me clarify sorry if not clear...

I did not mean I started with agencies before ter was created.I am saying when I started in this business at 18 with an agency I had no idea what TER was.Of course this site was around I just had no clue about it or other review sites.
I started as an independent in feb 2010 as my first review here was april 2010.
Before 2010 I worked for an agency.My profile is 100% accurate I am 28 about to be 29 in a few months.
Don't know the reason for you posting this question behind an alias.

I agree. I've had great experiences using both 100Proof and BlueSecrets. No "upselling" at all and wonderful ladies.

HelpUbookher is also a great agency and have had incredible experiences with them.

No not all...

100 proof and Blue Secrets don't up sell based on my experience.

You get upsells from those little cards they hand out on the strip.
