Last time I was there (Bellagio) I noticed a few "Cut backs"...One was that I always get "turn down" service before my guest arrive. My last time there they didn't do the service, they said they were understaffed but could send someone "right now". I was busy so I just let it go at that but they apologized. I'm there in a few day so let's see what else they may have "Cut Back On"...But please not the turn down service. But it's sad to hear...
I also wonder what service is like on the weekends when it's packed with Cali visitors vs midweek when it's devoid of the usual convention traffic. I wonder if the elevators situation is easier on the weekend. In any case I feel so bad for the workers who have been layed off after being furloughed. Many of them will lose seniority now if they are ever hired back in the future.
