People are still coming here for vacation and business.
Of course certain times of the year the number of visitors might decrease/increase but it has always been this way.
There are some guys who come to town who do not care about recreational they are here on business/vacation trying to have naughty fun and maybe do some gambling.And for the guys who indulge it is a win for them

Speaking for myself, cause I frequent Vegas about once every 4-6 weeks, I've learned that I have to "pace" myself. I don't smoke as much as I did say a year or so ago, the price of smoke has basically "forced" me out. I'm not a guy, who smokes for an hour, I feel that a few hours of getting fucked up is something that I enjoy. I'd love to have a back to back smoke filled trip, but then I'll be strapped for my next visit....So, am I on the right track?

 Are you asking if tourist/conventioners are spending their entertainment money now more so on marijuana as opposed to spending time with the ladies?  ..  if by chance that is what you meant,  I haven’t noticed it whatsoever myself.   What do I notice?… A lot more gentleman smoking pot..lol  
 I would imagine that  visitors spend 100 or less as they are only here for a few days and wouldn’t want to travel with extra on their way home.  Often times people prefer not to cocktail which can be very expensive and spend that money on edibles or  marijuana.  Therefore still leaving them.. sexxxy lady money.

It's not the cost of Marijuana.. it's the effect that Marijuana has. As someone who used to Drink WAY TOO MUCH, I'd get WAY STUPID getting drunk and doing stupid last minute shit trying to get laid paying whatever price.

Smoking a nice Hybrid as mentioned above, no urges to start dialing to get laid.
