but if you want the most out of your buck you will go with the quarterly

quarterly $50/(90+30)days = $0.41667 per day
yearly $180/(365+60)days = $0.42353 per day

therefore signing up for a year and mailing once is cheaper.

That's if you mail that is.

when the quarterly runs out you then buy the other three quarters at the full rate with no free days...

which is around 0.55 a day....

So in the long run, the yearly is cheaper.
