Answer is...

It's only legal in licensed brothels located in Nevada counties with a population less than 400,000.  So Clark County (Las Vegas) is a no.

and to your second question about agencies .... there

are NO good agencies in Las Vegas in my opinon,
there are however, very nice outgoing ladies who might assist in asking any questions you may have.

Always been an Indie kinda guy .. if it ever gets to the

point that I need to use an agency in Las Vegas .. I think I'll retire first ... it get just gets back to that same old thing why pay extra for a girl so someone else can line their pockets ..
