someone has way too much time on their hands , or certain rules apply to only certain people .
Or I just can't seem to keep up with all TER guidelines.  

In another thread , I made a post , it got posted , then later much later , maybe a day or more later my post got removed due to missing link for my website.

Ok really ? the post wasn't so much an ISO post , it was a question about something .
and I am not the only poster without link included .......so what's up ??
or rules are rules for everyone ...... or someone is just looking for trouble and you ( TER ) might want to reexamine who is "reporting the posts"

i replied to an ISO post, and it did not show up...and some post stating my info and that i sent a PM as a reply to post have been taken down. So i contact TER Mods and asked if i was moderate...they said " everyone is moderate now " ...Really ?

Hope you don't mind if I join in the rant. I had an issue last year for the first time regarding how high I could rate a lady for her performance.  I was advised that I could not rate higher than a 7 or 8 (I can't remember the exact number) because the lady did not do provide certain services (anal, two-girl, etc.). I think that is silly because each person has their own opinion and the service very well could have been 9 or 10 without having anal or whatever. I think a ladies' attitude and personality have a lot to do with her performance. I have had many wonderful times with just one lady where there was no anal or anything out of the ordinary involved. Isn't that right Cindy? *Wink. lol

Last week I posted a photo in the photo thread and it was removed. I sometimes think we are not allowed to post photos in regular threads such as iso or general questions but then I see a bunch of photos go up in those threads. Same goes for when we are not allowed to post a link back to our site and when we must post a link back to our site. It has discouraged me from posting at all.  

I am ok IF everyone is moderated now ......but is everyone ??
I have a semi photographic memory so I can see and remember time stamps ..... and you can tell which posts go right up and which ones are delayed ...... but whatever.
Just annoying to try to participate in a discussion , when posts don't go up in real time.
I don't care if some are moderated or not .

It is other rules that should apply to everyone.

wait , I want to be sure I got this right , ( maybe I misunderstood ) are you saying if you PM someone about a post they made and you also answer that person post on the discussion board  ..... then your post will be removed if you PM'd that person ??? HUH ???  
If the answer to that is yes ...... well first off how does TER know you sent someone a PM ??

it is a whole other issue that we did discuss not long ago here.
maybe you missed it  

Of course we all have our opinions how rating should be or not be .
and a lot of unfair things regarding reviews.
but at the end of the day this board belongs to TER and they make the rules.
Cool.

 
My issue is , or that they stick to the rules for everyone , or change the rules.
It's their board , they wanna make the rules , cool .......
but the rules should apply to everyone . That's all I am saying .  

Of course great times can be had and it doesn't have to include every single activity.  
and what is important for one gent , is not important to the next gent .
but if a lady offers certain services regardless if it actually happened in the session  
she is eligible to extra points.

We can argue if this is fair or not ...... but that is how TER decided to set up the system.
I personally think I have a better idea to make "rating system" more accurate ........ or maybe it isn't . I will post about that another time .......

but if they use it , they owe me LOL LOL LOL LOL

Yes that is my point , some rules apply to some people while not to others.
but my guess is because TER no longer has local moderators .
Post are removed when someone clicks on "report this post".........unless TER has people who their job is to go through ALL the boards, everyday and they have to remove posts that don't follow TER guidelines ........but I doubt that

So if someone "has too much time on their hands" and is reporting one ladies post and not another lady who is breaking the same exact rule in the same thread .......then it is obvious that report is being done for the wrong reason and hence I say - reexamine who is "reporting the post"  

I thought "report this post" was made for if someone saw a post where personal info is reviled ,
or name calling or something really bad .......you press that button .

But someone includes a photo when everyone else does , but only one providers post with pic is removed , not the others ?? sorry rules need to apply to everyone .
Or did she PM the gent , that is why removed ? That's a new rule to me ........but wouldn't really know about that because I do not PM gents that are ISO .

I don't know how that really works AS I PAY for my VIP. and I always PAID for it.
I don't go trolling other peoples posts or ladies profiles looking to score some free days .  

Which BTW ,I think ladies should be in charge of her own profile when it comes to info or updates on her donations , services and features .
I had someone change my profile about size of boobs to - Just plain huge .
WTF ?? I am the one that knows the size of my boobs .
That is like someone says to me $100 - wow that is a lot of money ...... well that depends who you are asking . Donald Trump or a teenager .  
 
and TER shouldn't give free days  ( if they still do that ) to someone for making a change.
It encourages people to be dishonest just to get free vip.
If a gent thinks a ladies profile isn't accurate , he can talk about it in the review .
Like if a lady put in her profile - Build - Thin ...... and she isn't , he is welcome to make note of that in the review.  

SO maybe admin would like to clear something up ...... who makes the decision on which posts are pulled and how are these decisions made ..... because someone "reported the post" or other ?

Inquiring minds would like to know ...... as I am sure many here would like to know.

A honest board will attract more good people and probably get more good ladies participate.

Whatever the rationale was behind "splitting" all the regional boards into "regional boards" and "regional ad boards", in practice it has not worked out well, IMHO.

Different moderators will end up enforcing the distinction between these two in a manner that will tend to appear arbitrary--so much of this kind of stuff is such a judgement call.

And really, does any Vegas provider or hobbyist ever peruse just one or the other of the two?  (Well, maybe providers just go the ad board once a week to post their ad without "looking around" if they're particularly busy that week; apart from that though, I think most of us look at both whenever we log in)

And about that other comment about how you can't give out a 9 or a 10 because of no "trip to the Isles" or duos on the menu:  Those of us who are into kink have our own issues with this stuff:  Is the kink provider one of those "absolutely no penetrative action will be allowed and if you even subtly inquire about it, I'll end the session right there" types?  If so, by TER standards, you probably wouldn't be able to give the provider more than a 5 rating.  She might be a 9 or 10 as a kinkster, but on the TER/GFE scale, you just can't give out that rating.

Meh, I've ranted about this a few times of late.  There doesn't seem to be anybody on the other end of the phone at TER.  This site is still the absolute best resource on the web for hobbyists and providers--but there's so much room for improvement..

It's the whole reason we are here, to find providers to book.  If our PMs are removed, or the girl's reply posts are dropped, or photos eliminated, for some minor infraction to the rules, then "we" are not getting what we are paying for, accesses to the girls interested in us.  It would be better if Admin just sent a friendly reminder of the board guideline instead of denying "us" the very thing we are paying to receive.

We also should remember why Admin eliminated local mods, the vast number of complaints from the girls about rude posts.

I guess the perpetrators have found somewhere else to go to pursue that form of entertainment.

TER still represents the best forum to reach the largest most diverse range of girls to respond to ISOs.  By restricting replies to ISOs TER will be shooting itself in the foot.  If you want to stop rude posts from alias fine, but don't stop the girls from posting.  That's just dumb.  It will cause us to go some place else to find "replying ladies".
