im coming to las vegas to attend the avn 2012 and need some help from the local las vegas boys and girls. im looking forward to book a hotel which is close by the strip and the convention centre and dont want it to be too expensive. so kindly help me in this regards it will be highly appreciated.

The HardRock sits back off the strip a little bit, but, for what you will get in convenience and not having to fuck around with cabs, to me, that's worth quite a bit.  

And if you are planning on having some "fun" while you are there, it's a pretty convenient venue for the ladies too.

Rumors is a great botique hotel right acorss from the Hard Rock on Harmon.

Well, Friday and Saturday night are.  Not surprised.  Rumors, from what I've been told (never stayed there), is a great place since the renovations.  But they don't have a large number of rooms.
